Text Message Terms of Service
Terms for Lakeridge Liquors Staff Schedule Texts, the text messages we send our employees about their work schedule.

The program
Lakeridge Liquors Staff Schedule Texts is a text message program run by Lakeridge Beverage LLC dba Lakeridge Liquors, 101 Vadnais Blvd W, Vadnais Heights, MN 55127, for our own employees. If you opt in, we text you:
- Your work schedule when it's posted or changes.
- Requests to cover an open shift. Reply YES to offer to take it; a manager confirms.
- Confirmation when a shift is covered.
- Updates on your time-off requests.
We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
Who can join
Current Lakeridge Liquors employees who are 21 or older. We verify age before signing anyone up: a typed birth date in the employee app, or the birth date on the signed paper form, checked by a manager. Joining is optional and is not a condition of employment. You can always see your schedule and open shifts in our employee app without texts.
How to opt in
- In the employee app: open My Schedule, enter your cell number and birth date, check the consent box, and tap "Turn on texts." You'll get a welcome text confirming you're signed up.
- On paper: fill in and sign our paper consent form at the store, including your birth date.

How often
Message frequency varies, usually a few messages per week, and more when shifts need cover.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Lakeridge Liquors does not charge for these texts.

How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation text and no more messages. You can also turn texts off in My Schedule. To start again, reply START or turn texts back on in My Schedule.
Where texts come from
Texts come from our staff texting number and start with "Lakeridge Liquors."
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number or your opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Text messages section of our Privacy Policy.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
